All major credit cards are accepted and e-checks can be used. You will need your Account Number.

If you have not already done so, You will have to register as a new user by clicking on REGISTER under the login boxes on the left side of the screen.

Once your registration has been validated you will receive an email with a password to log-in. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AS THE PASSWORD IS SENT FROM EMAIL.

Your login in name is your email address in full including and the password emailed to you is case sensitive.

Once you log-in please click your account # on the left side of the screen to change your password to something you will remember, instead of the the random password assigned to you in that original email.

You can now set up a one-time payment or recurring payment by e-check or credit card.

The credit card option will charge a convenience fee; however, there is no fee associated with e-checks. NOTE: If an owner has more than one property they will not be able to register for all at once. Once the first registration is complete the owner will select “My Profile” and at the bottom of the profile screen you will see a button that says “Register an Additional Property”

Recurring eCheck Payments: It has been added a Renew Annually checkbox that, when checked, will allow the owner to schedule the month and day for the payment and will not require the entry of the year. As long as the checkbox remains checked the payments will renew each year automatically on these dates.
